Chakra Clearing + Meditation

Please bring your Chakra Crystal Set or these following crystals to the session:

Red Jasper

Citrine

Rose Quartz or Green Aventurine

Sodalite

Amethyst

Clear Quartz

I will instruct you on where to place your crystals during this clearing and meditation.

Heal, Clear, Balance, and Activate your Chakras during this guided mediation. Allow your body and mind to relax while you create a more balanced energy flow.

When the Chakras become blocked they prevent energy from flowing freely in and out of our bodies. This makes us feel unbalanced, flighty, indecisive, moody, and our whole day can feel thrown off. This can affect all areas of our life. When there is an imbalance in your Chakra system, it will eventually manifest itself as a problem in mind, body, and spirit.

Benefits: become more grounded, gain more clarity and insight, relieve negative emotions and old patterns, access higher state of consciousness, easily express how you feel in a loving compassionate manner, more intuitive, a sense of one self with a clear connection to the Divine.

This is a guided meditation that brings with it Reiki and Trance Healing. During the session you are allowed to keep your camera off so you are your most comfortable and relaxed.

Please have a blanket or sweater, journal/notebook, pen, and glass of water available.
