Vegan Spinach Dip

A creamy irresistable party perfect spinach dip that will always win the hearts of your family and friends.


  • 1 10oz bag of organic frozen spinach, (steamed)
  • 1 cup vegan mayo
  • 12 oz vegan sour cream
  • 1 1.4oz packet of vegetable mix
  • 1 bread bowl

Suggested Add On's

  • celery to dip
  • broccoli to dip
  • carrots to dip
  • crackers
  • pretzels
  • pita chips


  • Steam your spincah for 12 minutes or until cooked through and tender.
  • In a large bowl mix together the vegan mayo, vegan sour cream, and vegetable mix.
  • When the spinach is done place it in a medium bowl and press and pat it dry with paper towels. You want to get out as much liquid out as you can. You won't get all the liquid out however so don't go overboard with this step.
  • Add the spinach to the mayo sour cream mixuture and mix until well combined.
  • Cover and place in the fridge for an hour or more to set. You can do this overnight too.
  • To serve in the bread bowl, cut a large circle at the top of the bread bowl (as pictured above). Remove the bread from the middle of the bowl and place it around your bread bowl in the platter you choose to serve it on. Take the top of the bread bowl and cut into grabbable pieces and add that around the bread bowl during serving too along with the other veggie and chip options. Enjoy!


  • Store any leftovers in the fridge in an air tight container. 
  • Check to make sure whatever vegetable dip you use is vegan.
  • To keep this keto friendly, nix the bread and use the veggies for your dipping pleasures. 
  • Double this recipe as needed to accommodate all of your guests.
  • The original recipe calls for 16oz of sour cream but I use 12 and feel it comes out just right.
