Steam your spincah for 12 minutes or until cooked through and tender.
In a large bowl mix together the vegan mayo, vegan sour cream, and vegetable mix.
When the spinach is done place it in a medium bowl and press and pat it dry with paper towels. You want to get out as much liquid out as you can. You won't get all the liquid out however so don't go overboard with this step.
Add the spinach to the mayo sour cream mixuture and mix until well combined.
Cover and place in the fridge for an hour or more to set. You can do this overnight too.
To serve in the bread bowl, cut a large circle at the top of the bread bowl (as pictured above). Remove the bread from the middle of the bowl and place it around your bread bowl in the platter you choose to serve it on. Take the top of the bread bowl and cut into grabbable pieces and add that around the bread bowl during serving too along with the other veggie and chip options. Enjoy!
