When we delve into our shadows, we confront the aspects of ourselves that have been obscured. These hidden facets impede the free movement of energy within and around us. The outcome is a sense of inner disarray—restlessness, inconsistency, uncertainty, mood shifts—that casts a shadow over our entire day. These effects ripple through various spheres of life. The disharmony within our psyche eventually manifests as challenges affecting our mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
