Peachy Smoothie Bowl
the water and meat of one young thai coconut
2 frozen bananas
2 c frozen mangos
1 c frozen peaches
2 pitted medjool dates
2 tsp baobab powder
- Blend all ingredients for about 60 seconds.
- Add as much ice to achieve desired consistency.
- Pour into bowl and top with fresh peach slices, granola of choice and coconut chips.
