Mini Trio Chia Puddings
So here you have 3 different varieties of my everyday love Banana Coconut Chia Pudding.
All are made with the same base ingredients except in each one I added an extra ingredient to make them different. Who doesn’t love options! I mean, really. And wait the kicker is…They are all made with a superfood. It’s like just when you think this can’t get any better it does.
1 c coconut milk (fresh or store bought)
1/2 c rolled oats (optional)
1 tbsp shredded coconut
2 tbsp chia seeds (if you are opting out the rolled oats use 3 tbsp)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 mashed banana
1 stevia packet or 1 tbsp maple syrup for sweetness (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a mason jar and shake really well.
- You can add 1 tbsp of the super foods Cacao Powder or 2 tsp of Maqui Berry Powder.
- Store in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours before serving.

Hi Nina, You’re so welcome! The white on top that you see is a coconut based yogurt that I purchased at a health food store. You can top it with anything else you’d like though. XX 😊
